OUR PRIORITIES
Lunch and Nutrition
Sharing stories and laughter with other seniors while enjoying a nutritious lunch. Meals are based on the nutritional needs of seniors.
Health and Fitness
Increasing balance and strength while improving health through free fitness classes. Hosting guest speakers who address whole-person health and provide valuable resources.
Social Connections
Building friendships and support between seniors in the community over games, activities, and conversation.

Social Activities & Classes

OUR IMPACT

Provided 211 free senior fitness classes; 100% of tested participants maintained or showed an increase in strength, balance and mobility in fitness assessments.

Served 1,909 nutritious lunches; 97% of seniors surveyed reported an increased sense of belonging and connection.

Grew 413 pounds of food in the senior garden, clocking 258 volunteer hours.

Offered 127 free presentations; 95% of seniors surveyed reported an increased knowledge of vital resources in the community.
