Community Building
Creating relational environments where families can connect with each other and with other families.
Basic Needs and Support
Providing basic resources for families in need through our Good Neighbor Fund, and partnering with community organizations to direct them to resources.
Holistic Health
Helping families grow by hosting classes and opportunities to learn skills they need to manage family life and to grow in their passions and gifts through service opportunities.
OUR PROGRAMS
Financial support and navigation to community resources for those financially impacted by financial hardships.
Opportunities for growth and connection promoting whole person health.
OUR IMPACT

Provided housing support or other basic needs for 67 families, and navigated 117 more families to additional community resources; 92% of those surveyed reported an increase in at least one sector of self-sufficiency.

Restarted Seeds of Change Community Dinners serving 28 times, with an average of 100 meals provided each night.

Coordinated the support of 37 families with gifts and necessities during the holiday season.
