2021 is here, and I wanted to take a moment to tell you how proud we are of you.  You did it! With so many unknowns, changes, restrictions, difficult and very lonely moments,  one thing is for certain our hope is not cancelled!  I have seen our community respond in such remarkable, heartwarming and moving ways that have forever left a print on my heart, and I am sure yours too!  I hope you and your families are doing well and staying healthy.  As we enter 2021, I want to encourage you to stay connected in as many ways that you can.  We are here to help you stay connected with updated resources available during COVID-19.

We have started our online exercising with Loy!  Boy does he miss you guys!  I love hearing  about all the fun gatherings here, and my heart aches for the day we can safely open again for events and fitness.  We are starting a Heart Healthy Walking Challenge.  Download the guide SEE BELOW, to use as we begin the year mindful about our mental and physical health.  We are beginning a fitness challenge.  I want to see everyone’s steps. Its okay to start our slow, in fact you need to.  Take your time, but start!  Get in 5 more steps, 20 more steps, just keep going.  I will be checking in with you in 1 month.  We will have a live zoom announcing winners, and prizes.  Your goal is to increase in your steps over 6 weeks.  I want you to set a goal to begin that’s realistic for you.  It can be 5 mins a day, but get moving!

Reminder, we have added more Zoom classes 10 AM - 11 AM.  Click here to view new schedule.

Again, I'm so proud of you!  Keep checking in on your neighbors, keep your eyes ahead, be proud of what you have done this year!  You have the entire community supporting you!
