OUR PRIORITIES:



Lunch and Nutrition
Sharing stories and laughter with other seniors while enjoying a nutritious lunch. Meals are based on the nutritional needs of seniors.
Fitness and Health
Increasing balance and strength while improving health through free fitness classes. Organizing guest speakers who address whole-person health and valuable resources.
Social Connections
Building friendships and support between seniors in the community over games, activities, and conversation.

Social Activities & Classes

OUR IMPACT

Provided 188 free senior fitness classes; 100% of participants maintained or showed an increase in strength, balance and mobility in fitness assessments.

Served weekly lunch 49 times, totaling over 2,014 nutritious meals served.

Offered 123 free presentations or special events focused on health education, community awareness and social interaction.
